Terms And Conditions
  • Minimum age limit 12 years of age
  • Maximum weight limit to fly the simulators is 150kg
  • Wheelchair access is available for wheelchair users who are able to transfer themselves onto and off of the simulator seat
  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled simulator start time, so that briefing can begin on time
  • Failure to arrive on time may see your session forfeited
  • Please note that a facilitated flight is suitable for anyone with functionality needs, who is unable to totally control the simulator by themselves, anyone who requires additional support, or anyone who is between 10 and 12 years of age
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
